  • I don’t expect you to follow a set meal plan or workout schedule. There is no judgement. All I ask is that you have 30 minutes of movement a day. This does not need to be in the gym, it can be a walk or even gardening.

  • Daily accountability check-ins via WhatsApp (6 days a week Mon-Sat) to keep you on track with your plan for the day.

  • Coaching is client led, you can message me as much or as little as you want on coaching days.

  • I will act as your health and fitness best friend, keeping you positive, and help you navigate obstacles where your day does not go according to your plan.

  • I will help you come up with a Plan B or Plan C if needs be.

why don’t I get a meal plan?

I am not a registered dietician; therefore I am not legally able to provide a meal plan. A meal plan also does not teach you sustainable habits.

does it matter where I live?

For 1-1 Nutrition Coaching and one time macro calculations it does not matter where you live; this is a Worldwide service. Accountability Coaching is only available to those in the UK because to help you stay accountable we need to be in the same timezone.

how much support will i receive?

This is entirely based on the coaching option you select. For example, Accountability Coaching is 6 days a week via WhatsApp; and a one time macro calculation involves no ongoing support.

why do I need a nutrition coach?

I am certified to tailor nutrition guidance and strategies specifically to your lifestyle, preferences, and health goals, unlike generic diet advice. I can help to educate you about nutrition, macronutrients, and how to make informed food choices to fit your lifestyle without restriction.

why do I need an accountability coach?

Accountability coaching is proven to make you 95% more likely to achieve your goals; that means there is just a 5% chance that you won’t succeed. I will be your health and fitness best friend and biggest cheerleader. Not everyone has the support needed in their daily life and I can provide that.

why is there a 4 week minimum commitment?

Change and new habits take time to establish. I don’t do quick fixes; I want to set you up for long term, sustainable success. 4 weeks is the minimum for coaching to having a meaningful impact; it will most likely take longer.

Do I receive a workout plan?

No. I am not a personal trainer. Only 30% of fat loss comes from exercise. 70% comes from nutrition. 100% comes from being consistent with both. This is what I focus on the magic of nutrition and accountability coaching. This is where the biggest changes will come from.
